Potioncast operates a website and SMS-based digital identity card and astrology service that provides personalized readings, digital identity cards, immersive entertainment experiences, and event ticketing. The platform allows users to opt in to receive AI-generated insights, communications, and updates about Potioncast attractions and experiences.

By using the Company website or SMS service, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services.

SMS Messaging and Privacy

Potioncast Corporation provides an SMS-based service for creating digital identity cards and receiving astrology insights. By texting our number, you agree to receive messages related to your card creation and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Consent: By texting the Potioncast number, you consent to receive automated AI-generated messages from Potioncast Corporation. This consent is required to use our SMS-based card creation service.

Data Sharing for SMS: We value your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP. For help, text HELP. Telnyx, our SMS infrastructure provider, automatically suppresses all future messages to any number that sends STOP.

AI Interactions and Transparency

Potioncast uses AI-powered SMS conversations to interact with users and collect the information needed to generate your digital card. Our AI persona, Mosley, is powered by Anthropic's Claude (claude-haiku-4-5) and operates through Telnyx's messaging infrastructure.

By using our SMS service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are interacting with an automated AI system, not a human representative.

  • Your SMS conversation with Mosley is processed by Anthropic's AI systems in order to understand your responses and generate your card.

  • No human reads your conversation in real time during the card creation flow.

  • AI-generated content provided by Mosley is for entertainment and personal insight purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional, medical, or legal advice.

  • Your conversation data may be retained by Telnyx and Anthropic in accordance with their respective privacy policies and data retention practices.

Our AI personas include Mosley (digital card creation and general interaction) and Magic Eye (astrology insights). Both are automated AI systems.

Use of Your Personal Information

The Company collects and uses your personal information in the following ways:

  • To operate and deliver the services you have requested, including generating your digital identity card

  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us

  • To provide you with notices about your account

  • To carry out the Company's obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including for billing and collection

  • To notify you about changes to https://www.potioncast.com/ or any products or services we offer or provide through it

  • For any other purpose with your consent

Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Company's website.

  • Supabase (database and user data storage)

  • Netlify (web hosting and serverless functions)

  • Google Cloud Platform (secure cloud infrastructure and data storage)

  • Hotjar (user experience analytics)

When personal information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Right to Deletion

The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

Email Communications

From time to time, the Company may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted, including Supabase and Netlify.

The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. For example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law. When changes to this Policy are significant, we will inform you. Your continued use of the website and/or services available after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Policy and agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
